Bullguard is a software for security that comes with a variety of features. It stands out from other antivirus software. It’s also among the few to offer a wide range of subscription options (up to 15 devices on some plans) and a reasonable price tag.
As opposed to other antivirus programs, BullGuard uses machine learning to detect and stop threats before they cause significant damage. This is a fantastic feature which we would like see more providers include. The AV package also comes with several other security tools, including a secure browser (which makes tracking your browsing difficult for people who are snooping) and identity theft protection.
If you’re looking for a more complete package, we suggest upgrading to Premium or Internet Security. These packages also include additional anti-malware and anti-virus features as well as a parental control option for Android devices.
A “data leakage” tool is another feature that makes BullGuard stand out. It will notify you if it finds information like passwords or addresses being smuggled out on the internet. The UI is user-friendly however we’d like to see more help content for those who aren’t familiar with cybersecurity.
BullGuard offers 24/7 support via email, live chat (English Only) and an FAQ section. There’s also a forum for users to discuss their issues with other users and the company. The only thing missing is phone support. This is not a big issue for most users.
